Client Story

Jonas L.
(direction, self-doubt, “almost but not quite”)

Jonas L.

“I had this frustrating thing where I’d get close to momentum and then lose it. Not in a dramatic way. More like I’d start something, feel excited, then a week later I’d get this quiet doubt and suddenly everything felt pointless or risky. I’d start questioning myself, then I’d stop, then I’d feel guilty, then I’d “reset” and repeat.

From the outside it looked like I was just inconsistent. But inside it felt like I couldn’t rely on myself. And that’s a horrible feeling because it makes you scared to plan anything big. You don’t want to promise yourself things you won’t do.

What changed for me is that I don’t get pulled into that doubt spiral the same way. It still shows up sometimes, but it doesn’t feel like truth anymore. It feels like an old pattern trying to take control again, and it passes.

I’m building steadily now. Not perfectly. Just steadily. And I genuinely didn’t think I could be that kind of person.“
